I want to cancel my account, what do I need to do?

To cancel your account with Earhtnet, you simply need to send a written notice of cancellation either by e-mail, fax or postal mail.

We cannot cancel accounts over the phone. For more information, you can read our full cancellation policy here.

Note: DSL customers: if you need to cancel your DSL with us, you need to notify both Century Link and Earthnet. If you cancel only the Century Link portion, you will continue to receive bills from Earthnet, until you send us a written notice of cancellation.

I need to cancel my Internet access account with Earthnet, but I would like to keep my email address. How do I go about this?

We unfortunately cannot create mailbox only accounts. If you are cancelling your line with us, and want to keep your email address, you will need to convert your existing account into our most basic Internet service account, called Poorman account, which costs $11.95/mo, and comes with one email account.

You could open that account to keep your email going for a couple of months, and then cancel it once you had time to let all your contacts know about your new email address.

Do you have an emergency tech support number outside business hours or during the week-end?

No, we do not. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, but you can either leave messages on our answering system or send us an email at help@earthnet.net outside business hours. You call or your email will be returned as soon as possible, in the order it was received.
